Longer trips start at $159. Select distant visits start at $199. Each includes the first hour. The work involved and your service location determine the written quote you approve before booking.
Small-office visits use the same starting rates as home visits. Larger projects, systems used by several people and jobs that need extra preparation get a separate written quote.

Before you book, we confirm the price, check that we can visit your address and discuss anything we need to know about your home or office.
Do you come to my home or office?
Yes. We come to your home or small office. We do not have a shop that customers visit.
How is my price confirmed?
A Tech Visit for straightforward home or small-office help starts at $129 nearby and includes up to one hour of agreed work. Longer trips start at $159, and select distant visits start at $199. We review your request and service location, then confirm the work, included time and total in writing before you book. Parts, software and any exceptional travel or access costs are agreed in advance.
Does the visit include fixing the problem?
Yes. Diagnosis, troubleshooting, setup and fixes are included within the agreed work and time. If the main problem is resolved quickly, we can agree on another suitable task to use the remaining included time. The quoted visit minimum still applies. You can ask for a walkthrough, and you receive a short written recap of what changed, anything unresolved and recommended next steps. Payment covers the professional work and time provided, not a guarantee that every problem can be repaired.
What happens if more time is needed?
Additional work is $45 per block of up to 30 minutes. Before the included time runs out, we explain what remains and ask you to approve the revised total. A nearby visit is $129 for up to one hour, $174 for up to 90 minutes or $219 for up to two hours. An approved block is charged once started. Without approval, work stops at the agreed limit. Normal wrap-up and payment do not trigger an extra block. Larger projects and later return visits are quoted separately.
Do you work with small businesses and professional offices?
Yes. TERNEXIS helps small businesses and professional offices, including law offices, with everyday Wi-Fi, computers, printers, workstation setup and technology organization. Straightforward office help uses the same visit rates as home service, starting at $129 nearby for up to one hour. Larger projects, shared systems and work that needs substantial preparation receive an individual quote. Tell us about your devices, users and goals so we can recommend the work and agree the price and timing before booking. Ongoing support is a separate discussion rather than an automatic part of a visit.
Can you teach me how to use software or AI tools?
Yes. We start with something you want to learn or make easier, then work through the steps together. We can help you use everyday software, get started with AI tools, check their results or automate a task you do often. We agree on what the session covers and how much time is included before you book. Custom software development is not part of this service.
Will I need to share my passwords?
No. Never put passwords in the request form. If we need to sign in to an account during the visit, you stay with us and enter the password yourself.
