Who this notice covers

This notice applies to TERNEXIS LLC, which provides services publicly under the TERNEXIS brand.

Information collected

When you request a quote, TERNEXIS may collect your name, email address or mobile number, preferred contact method, city and ZIP code, home or business selection, optional company name, optional street address, service category, problem description, optional timing and, if you choose to provide it, how you heard about TERNEXIS.

Website attribution

When available, the quote form records campaign tags included in a TERNEXIS link, the referring website's domain and the landing page path. It does not retain the referring page's full address, query string or fragment. This limited information is kept in browser session storage during your visit so TERNEXIS can understand which outreach led to a request.

After a successful request, the browser temporarily stores a one-way request signature and submission time to help prevent an accidental duplicate. The signature does not contain readable contact information or request text.

Website analytics

TERNEXIS uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand website traffic and improve performance. Cloudflare processes page views, referring websites, approximate country, device and browser type, and page-loading measurements. These reports show overall visit patterns rather than identifying individual visitors by name.

We also measure anonymous quote-form stages, such as starting the form, validation errors and whether a submission was accepted. We record only stage names, field names with errors, a broad referral category and phone or desktop screen category, with a random identifier lasting only for the open page. We do not record entered values or IP addresses in this form report. Events are retained for up to 90 days. The browser exclusion below also disables this measurement.

Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use cookies or browser storage to track visitors. TERNEXIS does not send quote-form entries to Cloudflare Web Analytics. Cloudflare receives IP addresses as part of normal network requests but states that it discards them during analytics processing. Learn more about Cloudflare's analytics data handling.

You can exclude this browser from website analytics. This optional preference is saved only in your browser's local storage and is not used to identify you. Set it separately in each browser; clearing website data resets the choice.

Advertising measurement

On our home and quote page, the Meta Pixel measures page visits and successfully accepted quote requests so we can understand whether Facebook advertising brings inquiries. Meta may receive your IP address, browser and device information, page URL, referral information and cookie identifiers, and associate events with its accounts to measure advertising. We do not send your name, email, phone number or the text you enter in the quote form to Meta. Automatic form detection and advanced matching are not enabled.

Unlike Cloudflare analytics, Meta may use advertising cookies. You can turn this measurement off with our browser exclusion setting. We also honor browser Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals for Meta measurement. See Meta's Privacy Policy for how Meta uses information and its advertising choices.

How it is used

The information is used to review your request, confirm the service area, prepare a quote, contact you and arrange service if you choose to proceed. TERNEXIS does not sell quote-request information.

Form processing

Website submissions are processed by Formspree and delivered to the TERNEXIS administrative inbox. Those providers may process the information under their own privacy and security terms. Do not submit passwords, payment-card details, account credentials or other sensitive information.

Retention and requests

Quote details are kept only as reasonably needed to respond, provide requested service, maintain business records or meet legal obligations. You may ask what information is held about your request or ask for deletion when no retention obligation applies.
